1140-09 sits in the middle of the collection on both counts — mid-light, moderately warm — which is why it is one of the easier grounds to place. It reads as light honey under clear Mediterranean daylight, and it does not push a scheme in either direction. Whitewash, terracotta and one blue tile is the palette it was drawn for.
