ARCHITECTURAL POSITION
626 is deep and earthen — the second-darkest ground we make — with a moderate warmth that stays brown rather than turning red or golden. A room standing on it gains weight the way old stone gives a room weight. White plaster and a single cobalt note ring against it, and that contrast is the whole point.

Where not to oversell it
Not for showers, standing water or unresolved subfloor moisture, and not a ceramic replacement in wet areas. It is not solid timber, and it is the wrong ground for a cool, pale, minimal scheme — the depth is not something you can dial back later.
