WHAT THIS FLOOR ACTUALLY IS

Handles everyday spills — kitchens and dry interiors, detailed correctly
Water-resistant for everyday use. Not a waterproofing system. Not a flood-proof claim. Clean with a damp mop; remove free water promptly.
Warm underfoot — ready for underfloor heating
Compatible with underfloor heating — declared for the product family, not measured by us per batch. The floor floats, so it follows the heat without being fixed to the screed.
Made for daily life — chairs, shoes, pets
Real long planks — a calmer, continuous floor
Full 1.83 m boards with a fine four-sided micro-bevel — our declared joint.
Ultra-matte — reads as real floor, never plastic

Good to know Think twice if you want boards that differ — this ground is deliberately uniform.

CHOOSING · IS THIS THE RIGHT FLOOR

ARCHITECTURAL POSITION

612 is light and among the most consistent floors of the eighteen — the difference from board to board is small, so it lays as a single composed field rather than as a set of individual boards. Small pin-knots are the only incident in it. Under clear, directionless Atlantic light that evenness is what keeps white plaster and grey stone in charge of the room.

Where it works

  • Living, dining and bedrooms in bright, clear light
  • Mineral schemes built on white plaster and grey stone
  • Long or open floors where board-to-board variation would be visible
  • Rooms where the floor should be composed, not characterful

Where not to oversell it

Not a wet-area floor, not a ceramic replacement and not solid timber. It is also not the floor for anyone who wants strong character underfoot — the evenness is deliberate, and it cannot be added back later.

Best beside

  • White lime plaster
  • Flint-grey grès and cool stone
  • One oxide-red note, used once
  • Blackened steel
  • Undyed linen and matte weave

Avoid beside

  • Gloss and varnish
  • High-contrast rustic timber
  • Bright saturated wall colour
  • Heavy patterned rugs
  • Orange-toned oak furniture

A herringbone data sheet and DWG hatch are not published yet. The plank files describe a different cut and must not be used to draw a herringbone floor.

BIARRITZ 612

There's bright, and there's clear.

Variation is easy to add. Evenness is harder to hold.

BEFORE YOU ASK · WHAT A QUOTE HERE MEANS

What it includes

A quote is itemised line by line — boards for your area, edge and threshold profiles, and anything else the job needs. Nothing bundled, nothing assumed.

How it arrives

Send the rooms and their approximate area — by form or WhatsApp. The itemised quote comes back to you personally.

Why no public price list

A floor is priced from its specification: the model, the area, the condition of the existing base and the finishing details. A number published before those are known would be a guess — we don’t guess. Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
